Shipping Your Parcel

Orders placed before 5:30 PM are shipped on the same day.

The standard shipping methods are Colissimo tracking, delivered without a signature, and Chrono Relais, delivered to the nearest relay point to your location. You can also choose the express shipping method with 24-hour Chronopost; orders placed on Fridays can be delivered the following Monday. If you want delivery with a signature, an additional cost applies; please contact us.

Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that allows you to track the delivery of your parcel online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. They may consist of a fixed part and a variable part based on the price or weight of your order. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay shipping fees for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, and special care is taken for parcels containing fragile products.

Each product is carefully packaged, and every shipment undergoes double-checking. If you notice any anomalies, please contact the Landers Shop team.

Returning Your Parcel

The ordered part doesn't fit? No problem, we process returns at the same pace as any order placed at Landers Shop.

In case of a return, the part must be returned in its original packaging and carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation. Inside the package, it is essential to include the invoice (or a copy) for efficient processing of your return.
